His full name is Ibrahim ibn Soleh al-Qahnibi ibn Abdur Rahman Qalubah ibn Muhammad ibn Haj ibn Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Uwais ibn Muhammad ibn Bisyarah ibn Habib ibn Duwaih ibn Sultan ibn Ghulamullah al-Akbar ibn Maqbul ibn ‘Abdul ibn al-Imam al-Hammam Ahmad al-Zaila’I ibn ‘Umar al-Haddad ibn Muslim ibn Saiyidina ‘Aqil ibn Abu Talib (brother to Saiyidina ‘Ali ibn Abu Talib) radhiAllahu 'anhu[1]. With that, the name of the Tariqah was also attributed to Shaykh Ibrahim Rasyid as such; At-Tariqah Al-Ahmadiah Ar-Rashidiah.
